Amy Lukes
Amy Lukes discovered yoga and meditation in 2010 when she first moved to New York to study at NYU. After a chance meeting with a Hindu monk, she was completely captivated by the effects that practicing mantra meditation had on her relationship with anxiety and anxiety medication. Later, a trip to Bali inspired Amy to deepen her asana based vinyasa yoga practice, and by 2016, she was practicing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation several times a week.
Diving deep into the world of personal development and yoga, she completed several trainings throughout 2017-2020 and currently focuses on teaching Kundalini yoga classes that weave eastern philosophy, astrology, and the 10 body system into a moving meditation to bring you in touch with your higher self.
