No matter where I am in my yoga journey, I am always coming back to the breath. Like anything, breath work is a practice. When we learn how to consciously control the breath we can begin to use it as form of inner alchemy. After witnessing the effects of a daily breath work practice, both physically and mentally, it has been my mission to share the healing benefits of this tool we all inherently embody.
Lauren is a light-hearted teacher who creates a class that integrates the many styles of the training she has had. With a heavy influence from Katonah Yoga training, Kundalini, Restorative and Vinyasa, you will experience a blend of technique that will leave you feeling empowered with tools you can bring into your everyday life.
